Actually most of what you said is nothing but absolute truth.
But fish farming has it own risk also because there can be high mortality rate also.
But apart from all the mortality rate of a thing, I think fish farming is very lucrative business when it is properly managed.

Fish farming is good but please, please, and please. before you go into the business. kindly consider the market demand for your end product. Will you be supplying to market women alone or also to restaurant operators? Similarly, the security of the fish in the dark is very important. you can't afford to wake up one day, get to your farm and realize that all or most of your fish have been stolen! Yes, it does happen. Another important factor is the cost of feeding, you need to be proactive in this area as well.

During my service year,I was opportuned to serve in a state where fishing business is very lucrative, though they are some setbacks but in a long run the profit is intense, because you can diversify into fingerling production,water production, fish of different sizes distribution and you can become a contractor to most hotels and food stalls.
