Employees are not the only one in which a business owner should develop a cordial relationship with, but rather a business owner is advised and encouraged to also develop a cordial and considerable relationship with each and every individual who comes in to patronize the business and in summary these persons are his or her customers and clients . Customers and clients absolutely values it when a business owners and managers get to know them more effectively better, there by get to know their taste and preferences so as to never become disappointed during their coming in to patronize the business. The best and proper way to get full knowledge and wisdom on what your customers and clients likes or dislike is by conducting a feasibility study about who they are . Having a word of conversation an interaction with them wouldn't be bad and most importantly the conversation an interaction should be about the products they possibly have bought .

Another way to strengthen and build business owners to clients and employees relationship is by having a peaceful timely customer service that promote the peaceful coexistence of the business organisation and also enhances the transaction of goods and services to their clients and customers in need of them. The customer service of a business organisation absolutely says a lot on how you value your customers and clients, and if the customer service of the business organisation is questionable and not positive it simply means you do not value the existence and presence of your business customers and clients .

Offcourse, consumer to business owner relationship is very important. Consumers are like the foundation of everything business. This is because the aim of every business owner is to make profit and he or she can't do that without having a good relationship with the consumers. If a business owner is rude to the consumer or doesn't develop a good relationship with the consumer, the consumer will not come back to purchase any goods or service. Like they say, "happy customers are returning customers".

First and foremost one need to remember the chain in distribution how the business moves form the producer or manufacturer, to the wholesaler who buy the goods in large quantity or bulk and sell them in smaller quantity or retailer who in turn sell it in bit to the consumers and this chain of distribution has being use for a long time or should I say years now so for the consumption they must be good relationship between the business owner and the consumer at most time the consumer may use such product and still it react badly to his or her body system through direct interaction with the business owner can help solve the matter and this can't be possible if the is no good relationship between them.
When one start a business he need to also focus on who are his target consumer and how to reach them in order for them to patronize his product this can be made possible if they both don't have good relationship among themselves at most times ways in which the consumer may get the product might be too difficult so the business owner can look for ways for the consumer to get the product at ease.

The need to be a very important and valuable relationship existing between business owners and their clients and customers and through the existence of these relationships good business coexistence and peaceful transaction of goods and services could definitely exists between the buyer and the seller of a product . In order to strengthen the relationship existing between customers and sellers of a product it absolutely need good communication on the path of the sellers . With the help of good communication business owners can interact and get to know their customers and clients more and more better in order to identify their taste and preferences and never to disappoint them .

Every business owner definitely know how important his customers and clients are to the existence of his or her business organisation and in order to maintain them in the best possible way you have to get to know them and know what they like and also know what the dislike so as to focus more on what they like because that is absolutely your ticket to be productive in business .
