Is business managerial ability affected by age.

Establishing a business organization is never affected by age and it does not depend whether an individual is matured or still young to be able to manage and administrate a business. Many people are having the mindset that only old and aged people are able to manage and operate business because of your years of experience. Years and experience does not make any sense when it comes to management but what exactly matters is an individual's mental competence which of course settles with younger individuals.

Majority of individuals who are young have high skillful competence and are able to be smart and alert compared to aged individuals. An individual who is 18 + an above is obviously enough to establish and manage business.

Management is affected by so many things but certainly not age. There are so many successful young individuals who have been able to manage their businesses today and have been able to gain the recognition and notice of members of the public down to this day. Management is not affected by age but what are affected by an individual skillful and mental competence to be able to oversee all business activities and practices and to be able to assign organizational staffs and members respective rules and responsibilities that they all have to play towards the achievement of goals and objectives in the business organization.
