Tuna is an excellent source of several vitamins and minerals, including the B vitamins riboflavin, niacin, B6, B12, thiamin, pantothenic acid, and folate as well as vitamin A (as beta-carotene), vitamin D (as cholecalciferol), vitamin E (as alpha-tocopherol), vitamin K (as phylloquinone), calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium and copper.
