Importance of knowing your employees ability and capabilities.

It is absolutely very necessary for business managers and employers to know the ability and the capability of their organisational employees and workers and the reasons for this is so as to be able to assign to each and every one of them tasks and responsibilities in which they are able and capable of doing. Most importantly they should be realistic in the type of task and assignments in which they assigned to their employees and workers, being realistic totally depends on how doable the assignment is and if it is a kind of assignments that requires more than two individuals to quickly resolve, then it is absolutely necessary to assign more than two employees to make sure that they quickly and sufficiently resolve the issue at hand.

Organisational employees and workers definitely love it when their employers and managers knows their ability and capability, in this way the employees or workers do not expect their employer to assigned to them some task and duty beyond their expectations . Business employers and managers should never be the reason why a particular employee may file for a resignation due to the fact that it is so hard to please them, and they are so unrealistic when assigning to their employees and workers task and duties in which they are to perform.

as an employer always good to find out their employees ability to do the work that you have assigned for each position. Of course each job role comes with it's responsibilities

Knowing your staff abilities will put you at a vantage position to know what they can actually do productively for this is so as to be able to assign to each and every one of them tasks and responsibilities that you see the result in a short time.

Even the employee will know what they are able and capable of doing. Most importantly they should be realistic in the type of task and assignments you are giving out. it will be a win win situation for everyone in the organization.
