Employees in a business organization has the opportunity and the ability to make sure that organizational goals and objectives are accomplished because when these are achieved it helps the betterment of the business organization and it helps to also prolong their stay inside the business organization as well. Possible negative behaviors such as discrimination in a business organization can affect employees so badly that its totally distract them from performing their duties as expected and as planned.

When a particular employee faces discrimination and bias from other coal employees it can restrict it his or her ability to express him or herself especially in various matters that affects the business growth and development. Business employers and managers must try their best to eradicate any form of discrimination shown toward employees by other employees or other members of the business organization. This can be done through the use of coaction that is force, or through the use of reasoning and training.
