Possible negative behaviors such as discrimination in a business organization can affect employees so badly that its totally distract them from performing their duties as expected and as planned.

When a particular employee faces discrimination and bias from other coal employees it can restrict it his or her ability to express him or herself especially in various matters that affects the business growth and development.
