There's a new model of making sales in the real estate industry. The ibuying, this is a model is when an iBuyer which is a company into real estate sales uses technology to make an offer on a property or home immedistely.

iBuyers offers a lot simpler way for
home sales. All the ibuyer does is to estimates the value of a property makes their offer. If the offer is accepted then they go ahead to own, market and then resell the home. Then they get to charge some percentage for their service after the sales.
