Aside tooth ache that can be hellishly painful , I think the joints is another place that one shouldn’t have pain because it ca be very painful. And it gets even worse if one accidentally hit it again. Yeah warm water massage on the joint can really be helpful to relieve the pains

My grandfather said that wallowing in a pool with warm can ease joint pains. He used to go to a town where hot spring pools are many. He would rent a small pool to soak for half a day. Maybe in the home we can use the hot compress to drive away the muscle and joint pains. I think that is very effective at night before bedtime.

Hot compression is useful in all pains weather it is muscle or joint pain. Most of peoples are using hot water bottle for it but wet compression is more effective than dry one. I spend much time in naturopathy hospital and their hot compression is principal therapy. They used steam. wax and water for it. Hot water compression regular blood circulation is our veins.
