In my opinion, the best payment processor is the one that is used by your customers and clients. If your customers are using paypal to buy from you, you will have to use paypal. If you choose to use another payment processor, you might not be able to sell to this client. You will also have to see if you can use it. If your client uses paypal and if you cannot use paypal, it will not be the best payment provider for you as a seller
