How To Relocate to the United States Without an Employment Letter or Sponsorship.

Usually, the opportunity to move to the United States requires sponsorship from somebody in the United States or an employment offer by an employer.

Some cases you are married to an American and that person sponsors you, but then, there is another way not widely known, especially in Africa and some parts of Asia.

There is a category called EB-1A visa. Traditionally it is employment based but because the United States has a birth rate of 1.7 per woman. That is every woman in the country on average has 1.7 children and the minimum required is about 2.1 - 2.5. Obviously the birth rate of the United States is low. Also to keep the country competitive in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) and Art too, they need to have emigration of highly skilled individuals. So the need for an EB-1A visa.

Like I said normally they are created employment based but it is for those with extraordinary abilities in Science, Education, Business or Athletics.

So when you have any of these you can just apply. You need to prove yourself in any of these areas. You might not need all the degrees.

You could have an invention of your own just like a Nigerian man (Ignatius Asabor) that invented a drone. He wasn't very rich or educated but right now he is in Finland. You can also be a sportsman to be eligible.

You can be an Artist, you need your work to have been exhibited in a gallery in your country, then you are qualified.
As a businessman, you are qualified too.

If you are a footballer and you played in the all Africa games or in Asia and you participated in this, you are qualified for athletics. If you have been able to prove excellence in education too, you are eligible. You only require your evidence of extraordinary ability such as national, international, sub international, (CFR & MON in Nigeria). If your work has been published in any significant trade journal, you can use that as a document.

You should be aware that when you get this visa, you must limit your work to that ability you presented in your document.
To apply is a form "I - 140", you don't need anybody to fill it for you. It costs 700 dollars. It's worth it.

To be frank with the issue, it is like passing inside the eye of the needle to get an approval for a job in the US. However, the most possible cases are the professionals particularly in the health care industry like doctors, nurses and caregivers. My brother and his wife are both working as caregivers in the nursing center. He said that there are many vacancies not only in their nursing care center but in all other centers in the state of California. He said that those caregivers with a certification from the government agency (TESDA is the government training center) and with 2 years experience then he can easily qualify. However, there are many clearances required. Aside from the police clearance there is also the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation that is the counterpart of the FBI) clearance. In this pandemic era another requirement is the vaccination card. I think there is also the employment certificate and the tax clearance (that you have dutifully paid your taxes).
