Depression affects the way we think and how we react to our environment.

In order to relieve depression without using medicines or visiting a medical physician in a hospital, what we need to do is to start doing exercise.

This exercise will make the body work perfectly and serve as therapy for the body's systems. Depression can be relieved when the patient moves closer to people and discusses with people what is going on around them and how they can chat and play with people in order to release themselves from depression.

We can start to watch television comedies with reasonable comedians to relieve their depression without medicine or visiting a medical physician. To keep them away from serious anger, we make sure they don't get angry with people around them.

This is the best option for people that get angry too much. And we know that depression can lead to many diseases that disturb our reasoning and thinking faculties, which can lead to psychiatric problems.

We need to take action on time to go for treatment before it is too late to handle by ourselves.

With the rate at which depression has taken lives and sanity in mankind is worth deliberating on.

The rate at which people thinks that through suicide, one can escape from depression and the coals igniting this mental health drainer, is really rampant.

But,this is not the way at all!

We should have this in mind that we will be the real cowards if we choose to escape, instead of facing the battle and coming out triumphantly.

Aa lot of people think that in order to recover from depression they have to stuff their mouth and belly with different pills and drugs claiming to reduce depression . Personally I will prefer alleviating or curing depression naturally . Depression is a common mental issue but in most cases it gets serious . The most advisable way to pure or alleviate yourself from depression is by having a good night sleep . some people tend to be in depression as a result of not having a good sleep , and so their brain is being blocked and restless and it mental faculties will been weak in the course of remembering and calculation .

Another way to reduce depression is to increase our diet intake . This is actually true , because when we eat more balanced diet food , our mental faculties and properties tend to work in unison . No wonder her doctors and health analysts always advised it patients and other individuals to be always and therefore to eat fruit as dessert 5 minutes after the original meal . Fruit such as apple , banana , papaya , mangoes , are suitable for our brain health and everyone is encouraged to consume fruits such as these , so as to build up motivated and poised mental faculty and sanity .
