Good support is key to making sales and keeping revenue flowing. Here's some advice on how to handle customer support the right way:

Be quick. People love to buy from businesses that offer fast support.

Double-check the facts before responding to an issue raised by the customer.

Be super polite in all your interactions, even when customers are unrealistic.

Even if some customers have unrealistic demand, never pick a fight. It is not just about one customer, it is about gaining a bad reputation.

Some customers might fake it, however, just don’t tell them on their face, instead help them realize the situation gently on their own.

Make sure you are knowledgeable when you want to render customer support to solve the problems of customers. Some customer are very intelligent and you would need to display similar level of intelligence to render support to them. He calm and listen very well so that you would be able to understand what the customer wants to be handled. And make sure that you clearly specify the time you offer support services and ensure that support is always available within that time you specified.
