Indeed these are great ways to prevent accidents from happening within the working environment. Another way to prevent this is by actually having professional handle repairs of certain things with the office. There are certain areas whereby the machine or a wire might be faulty, most people tend to try fixing it themselves all in the name of trying to minimize cost but they might end up making things worse or even injure themselves along the line.

You are right especially with your last paragraph it is always good for the company to check out all faulty machines, machineries or equipment to repair them or replace them

it Is never a good thing for an employee to get injured while trying to perform the job in the company it shows that the company is negligent of the needs to put all the company's machineries in a proper form.

The thing is that when an employee or employees are injured this cause work slow down especially if the employee is one of the backbones of a company job efficiency will be reduced as employee will need to tend to all these wounds and injuries at least for some time. so to avoid all of these it is pertinent for a company to always check and put every faulty machines in place for the smooth running of the company.
