The thing is that some employers are just users. they employ a single person to engage in numerous tasks and the pay is not even anything to write home about

So with the unemployment rate people tend to agree to these jobs and then get drained and burn out in the process of executing these jobs to let the employers know it is always good first to work hard and let them see that you're doing your job before approaching them for a reduce workload. I totally agree with you there's nothing else one can do in a situation like this than to approach the management team and let them know and give your concrete reasons why you should be given a with lesser workload

The management are the only people that can help in this situation because naturally you can't just transfer your job to any other person so that's just the way out.
