We need to feed our family, pay bills, etc. This is why we seek jobs. Unfortunately, the problem of employee abuse is on rise. The Covid-19 pandemic has already made the situation quite problematic and this situation has given many abusers an opportunity to abuse workers and take advantage. In many developed countries such as USA, Canada, and United kingdom, there is a law that states that you must pay a specific minimum amount to workers so that the government can ensure that employees are paid fairly for the work. I live in a country where there is no such law. There are many other countries where employee rights do not exist at all. According to some studies, employee rights violation is a very common problem in a few African countries. I personally believe that supreme courts of such countries should take action but what steps do you think that people should take to protect employee rights in a society?
