One of the disheartening experiences we face on while conducting business online using PayPal as the payment gateway is chargebacks and disputes. It not only affects your finances but also really affects your reputation as a business. So here is a few tips on how you would be able to prevent PayPal charge backs and disputes while selling online.

1) Be 100% transparent: Don't exaggerate the use of your products to overhype your services beyond your capacity in your product description. Just state what you are generally sure your products can do.

2) Be Clear about shipping: There should be no ambiguity about shipping methods and the possible days of arrival. Let the client know of any possible factor that might cause delay and to what extent in the delivery.

3) Communicate properly: You must have a responsive and reliable communication line. Any challenge you might have in delivering an order, be sure to communicate with the client early and in a diplomatic manner.

Doing this as a business person would help you and your business to keep selling online and receiving payments through PayPal with less chargebacks and disputes.
