Job interviews are one of the most important of steps for landing a job, this articles shows you how to pass job interview and land that job successfully, there are people that are trained specifically to interview applicants, which means you have to prepare to meet them.

Getting interviews is a numbers game, it depends on the number of the jobs you applied for, to get more interviews you have to apply to more jobs, that's just by the way though.

1) Know Who Will Interview You: Make efforts to learn about the company, what they stand for, their culture and those that will interview you, you can reach out to employees there to give you a heads up on what to expect.

2) Be Positive: Don't be timid or shy, be open and positive, answer questions with smile but don't be over excited, you can complement your interviewers it helps in building rapport.

3) Do a Mock Interview: Depending on the type of the interview, if it is an aptitude test, you can contact a friend to help you with a mock interview, it will skyrocket your confidence, because you've already stimulated the process.
