Disagreement between business personnels and partners can totally lead to the failure and to the downfall of the business, and in a business organisation where disagreement exist there is considered to be no uniformity and togetherness in the achievement of business and organisational goals and objectives. However there are so many ways a business manager can totally take in order to make sure that he or she operates and manage a business or company without disagreements. Below are some of this practicable ways:

* Making universal not partial decisions: practicing partiality when carrying out decision making activities in a business organisation is definitely the beginning points of disagreement. However you must make sure to carry out decision making activities universally and not partially in a way that only favours a group of employees thereby neglecting the rest. To help you make universal and not partial decisions in your business as the business manager, you must endeavour to view all employees as equal and important, even those considered to be less qualified than the others.

* Non-judgemental communication: during board meetings and organisational conferences, it is totally necessary that the business manager or employer, speaks in such a way that shows no judgemental attitudes or personalities, as this is more likely to cause disagreement when final resolutions are being brought to the table. In as much as some employees may not be effective in their performance, business directors and managers should never be judgmental about it, but can positively help such employee or worker to improve and enhance his or her abilities.

One of the possible causes of disagreements between employees and employers in a business organisation is the lack of information. When employees and employers like information on when a particular activity is to happen or when a particular meeting is to be held, some personnel house or employees may be available at the meeting while others might not be. And when an agreement of resolution is being brought to their notice there is always a cause for disagreement. To prevent this from happening it is necessary for individuals who are pledged with the role of organising business meetings to send a pre-notified notice to all members to be available at the meeting. Which members of the business organisation must receive the notice and must attest through the signing of signature.

Any possible way this agreement comes into a business organisation is when negative activity like partiality and favoritism is showing possible from the employer or superior to what a particular employee. Other employees are more likely to disagree with such superior or employer any direction for instruction he or she points out in favour of the other.
