Check your FB app whether you have 'Marketplace' on your app, if you don't have you can access it through this URL 'marketplace.facebook.com'.
On the top left you'll see a map icon, set it to your location, you'll be able to see different items listed by sellers within the set location.
To list your own product, click the button at the top that reads 'list item', post pictures and also provide an elaborate description of the item, state the price and publish your product.
Your product will be visible to visitors of that page that live in your local location.
