Young entrepreneurs have challenges of funding their businesses. They are all over looking for investors to help fund their business proposals. Investors are always skeptical about funding any business. The risk is high in just funding an idea someone just conceived and thought it would work. Investors look for people whobundrestnd the deep details about the proposal they need funding for. These are the things that you need to fully grasp to convince a potential investor that you know and understand your business proposal.

1) Your cost per unit: Every investor wants to know if the entrepreneur understands fully the cost per unit of their proposed product. They should be able to explain it's parameters. Some people lost out on getting investment because they could not categorically answer this question. I have won many partnerships because I was able to convince the investor by explaining to him my cost of production, cost per unit, and their variables that make it up.
