Every pregnant woman has always long for the time she will deliver her baby . But the main thing is always to give birth to a healthy and bouncing baby boy or girl . Well there are some homemade activities and practices you can engage or indulge in , in order to make sure that your baby comes out healthy . Improving in the food and nutrition you eat is considered to be one of the ways to make your baby healthy . You must increase in the amount of veggies and fiber you eat , or in other words you must consume enough vegetables and enough food that contains fibre . This is to make a baby look bright and well-built during labour time .

Daily minimal exercising during pregnancy is also advised . Like taking a 30-minute walk around your neighborhood rather than stay indoors sleeping . Avoid smoking and drinking of alcohol during pregnancy because this could affect your baby's health and could lead to serious health complications like death of the baby . Most importantly get enough sleep , and also avoid taking caffeine products like chocolate and coffee during pregnancy so as not to disrupt or Hinder the baby from growing .
