3) Paid Advertising - You can buy ads from different networks like Google AdSense and Chitika to turn your site into a money generator.

4) Up-Sell Offer - I would recommend you to add an up-sell offer. Up-sell offer is basically an additional offer that you give to visitors after they have purchased the initial product.

You can also run paid advertising to build traffic. For instance, you can boost your post on facebook or promote your tweets on Twitter to build traffic. You can also run PPC, CPM or pop under or pop up ads
