How to get defined Abs in a month

Abs or Abdomens,as it is called is a jewel every guy wants to have to impress his opposite sex and maybe win her over.But getting this jewel has become a problem for most guys out there.
Here are few tips to get defined Abs:
1.Have a routined and rationed meal:Have a specific time you eat breakfast,much and dinner with each mean portioned and rationed very well at every routined mealtime.
2.Do routined exercise:Do regular exercises like jogging, running and the rest of them.Do it for a week constantly and routinely.This will help the body to burn fats needed to make cool Abs.
3.Do Abs routined workouts: Do routined sit-ups, push-ups (sometimes called press-ups), and even yoga exercises.
4.Eat a lot of fruits and veggies
5.Drink enough water regularly.
