How to gain the trust of your employer as an employee

Today many employees have failed to gain the trust of the employer and this has led to sacking or suspension.
But there are some things an employee can do in order to gain the trust of his or her employer.

When an employee puts in the Spirit of industriousness and hard work in his or her job or career. Always covering taxes given to him in time, there is a tendency that he's our actions will be notice by his boss.

Punctuality is an effort to that has made many employees to gain the trust of the employer and this type of workers do have the face hand benefits of their employers. Coming to work early or on time has many benefits

And lastly and employees in shouldn't be on gaining promotion but rather he or she should be transparent in his or her work. Because when an employee focus in gaining promotions he will always be desperate incoming tax which can lead to lot of mistakes and errors.
 
There is so much benefit in gaining your employer's trust and praise. Just to mention but a few;
  • You will secure your job for a long time.
  • You have a better stay at work free from quarrels and corrections.
  • You have a higher chance of getting promoted.
  • You will get a good recommendation for future employment.

That being said, you need to make sure that you actually impress your employee. But this should not be a desperate effort. Rather, it should be a decision from within that you want to actually be a good employee who does what is right and puts effort and attention to what he/she does. After all, some employers may not notice due to their own inadequacies, but it works in your favour to be a competent person.

Some of the actions include;

  1. Being punctual - both in coming to work and in finishing projects or jobs given on time.
  2. Respectful communication and conduct.
  3. Being ready to learn always.
  4. Correcting mistakes that you are told to and never repeating them..
 
Any employer will be happy to have a trusted employee and as such as an employee you need to exhibit characters or attitudes that will show that you can be trusted. No body just want to hear you say it, your action will show if you are to be trusted or not.

You have to start by not lying very obvious lies. Let your yes be yes and don't paint a white thing black. When once the truth is found out and you are guilty, it will be difficult to redeem it

Avoid picking the office property even if you have the opportunity. You might just have yourself in trouble. As you can't be trusted with a big position in the company. This is because a big position comes with higher responsibility and a person that can't be trusted can't be left in such position.

You might be in the black book which means that people around you are not safe.
