The main purpose of employing organisational workers and employees is for the purpose of achieving business goals and objectives and also for the purpose of generating ideas as well as opinions and suggestions in order to make better business decisions. In most business organisations employees and workers performance are definitely very poor and dull, and such business organisation is definitely considered to go bankrupt and become liquidated someday. Possible ways can be taken by business owners and business managers to ensure better employees performance some of which include:

* Match assign tasks to ability: to ensure employees performance business employers and managers should not assigned tasks blindly to an employee or worker, moreover they must do well to analyse whether such employee or worker is capable and suitable in handling such task. The business manager must also be effective in encouraging such employee to try out new things in order to boost his or her performances.

* Keep goals clear and certain: to increase and ensure employees performance the business managers and superiors must make sure to keep organisational goals clear and certain. One of the possible ways to do this, is by letting all employees to know what exactly the business is striving to achieve or accomplish. Information like this can keep all employees to be on track, so that this goal or objective can be achieved, as well as boost performance.

* Investigate underperformance issues: the business owner or manager, can possibly take his our time wisely to examine a case of underperformance, thereby making sure to train the employee who underperformed the task that was assigned such actions can totally boost the employee's ability to do more.

The workplace is a place where employees tend to spend most of their time. The workplace is also where most employees get their initial exposure to a company's values and culture. Therefore, it is important for managers and leaders to ensure that the employees are performing at their best.

Managers and leaders can take several steps to ensure that employees perform well in their roles:

Encourage the right behaviors: Managers or leaders should encourage positive work behaviors among their employees. This includes encouraging the right kinds of communication, collaboration and problem solving, as well as other positive work behaviors (see below).

Set clear expectations: Managers or leaders should set clear expectations for performance at an appropriate level for each role, task or project. For example, if an employee is responsible for driving sales growth, then it should be clear that he or she needs to achieve certain goals such as increasing sales volume by 10 percent per year over the next three years. Similarly, if an employee is responsible for creating new products, then it should be clear what those goals are so that there is no confusion about what needs to be done.

Provide feedback: Managers or leaders should provide feedback regularly on how well each employee is doing in his or her work role and provide guidance when there is need.

I think it's pretty important that employees are motivated to work for the same company. They should be provided with comfortable conditions from the start, plus regular salary reviews, so that each employee knows that he can earn more if his kpi is good. It is also important to have a good growth system in the company, so that any ambitious employee can move up the career ladder, periodically opening new positions. In synergy with the suggestions with the theme above I think this will be a good condition for the basic growth of employees within the company.

There are several factors that can affect employee performance and productivity.

• The first is the company’s culture. A company’s culture is what employees are used to, so if there is a major change, it can be a shock to some of them.

• The second is the employee’s attitude and outlook on life. If they have been in one place for years and have no desire to move again, they will not perform as well as someone who has always wanted to move around.

• The third factor is their job itself. If they don’t like what they do, then they won’t perform as well as someone who loves their job.

• The fourth factor is how the employee works with others at work. If an employee doesn't like working with others or with other departments within the company, then they could be less productive than someone who does want to work with others at all times.

These are indeed great ways to ensure that your employees bring out the very best in them to produce great results in the office. There is also another aspect most business owners tend to ignore, how you treat your workers would determine how they work. Most workers today are not willing to put in their very best simply cause they are not treated properly. Speaking from experience, where i used to work the workers there where one of the worst when it comes to satisfying customers. Later on i came to realize that it's not that they do not know how to work but it was simply cause our boss was not treating them well, hence they had to passion to put in their best.

Having good employees is something that is very important in business and not just the fact that you have good employees you should be qualified and the good that I'm referring to here has to do with the aspect of honesty, accountability, educational qualification and many other things that are necessary depending on the type of organisation that you are running whether it is a business organisation a company or wherever it is.

And as you have said one way that you can ensure that there is optimum productivity on the aspect or side of your employees is by assigning the right task to the right people because there are organisations I know who give the wrong task to the right people people who can be able to perform well but then they're not given a task that is applicable to them and that makes them unable to perform very well because the task that they have at their desk is not what they are qualified to do.

It is absolutely very commendable when employees as well as business workers endeavours to do their best in making sure that goals and objectives pertaining to the business development and growth are being achieved as expected and as planned. Most of the times the reason why most organisational employees and business workers are unable to perform their best in achieving the organisational goals and objectives is because the business manager on the business owner hasn't provided them with all the facilities as well as the assistance they need to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively.

As the business manager of the business owner, looking for ways to boost the performance of his or her employees and workers. Some of the possible step you can take it by ventilating the business environment and also providing sufficient computers as well as computers related gadgets for each employees so that goals and objectives can be achieved. Another possible measures that can be taken is by encouraging teamwork between employees and one of the ways that can be done is by assigning business tax and it is not to only one employee but rather a group of employees, in this way through combined interrogation as well as fusion of thought and opinions made in in the process of achieving goals and objectives can make a less knowledgeable employee among the group of employees to become more intellectual capacitated.
