Hypertention is chief cause of heart problem so it should be managed accordingly and must take it seriously, mostly it remain without any prominent symptoms but we need to regularly check our blood pressure. In my case previously I was also not getting any symptoms as one time my Blood pressure was 120/180 and I was walking normally.
