What do you think about this?

It actually depends on the position at which you were handed the organization to manage. If you took over the position of manager after all structures have been set, it is certain that the pressure is due. If you took the organization in a state that was not too good, you have to speak to your CEO about the need to be patient and give you time to achieve results. Also, be certain that the organization has provided you with all the logistics you need to achieve success. If not, talk to your CEO about the things you need to achieve results quickly.
Good managers are calm under pressure. They know how to absorb the pressure and turn it around. The worst thing any manager can do is to let the pressure get to him/ her. Let your CEO understand that you are working and not relaxing. Let him/ her see the pathway you are taking to achieve results.

When you’re a manager, you’re expected to perform at a higher level than most of your peers, and it can be difficult to keep up. In fact, even when you’re working with people who are above average, many managers still struggle with the pressure of expectations they face on a daily basis.

If you’ve found yourself underperforming as a manager or if you just feel like you’re not living up to the expectations of others, here are some strategies for dealing with pressure from your team:

Find a role model. The best way to deal with pressure is to find someone who has been able to overcome it and do so successfully. If there is someone who has excelled in their career path but struggles with certain aspects of leadership or management, look for inspiration from them and try to emulate what they did in order to overcome your own challenges.
