Some 6 figures job comes with difficulties and you can't afford to quit and lose such juicy offers. This become even worse when you have being jobless for a long time before this one came along.

You would need to find good wsys to cope with the pains of the job to avoid finding self in the job market again. The funny thing is that the grass is never greener on the other side. If you leave a good paying job because of its difficulties what guarantee do you have about the next job. You might even get a tougher one with even lesser pay.

So how do you deal with a tough job:

1. Look for a way to simplified the job

2. Try doing the job from the simple part to the harder part. This is to prepare self for 5he higher task

3. Keep working at it to become used to it. What you gets used to overtime become simple.

4. Focus on the pay you would receive at the end of the day. it will help motivated to keep at the job.

I love your last point. Reminding yourself of the pay you recieve at the end of the day always does the trick. Money really motivates you to push harder, nomatter how tough a job is. At the end of the day we all need money, especially now that things are so expensive since the pendamic hit.

Yeah it is always good to look out for a motivation to keep you going and sane on the job. A tough job can really be stressful so younded what can help you see that it is worth your time afterall. Ghanks goodness that it even good with a good pay. Then your mind should be 9n.what you can buy with the money after getting it , this way you get going
Another thing is that you should be happy that you have a job. A lot of people are looking for a job no matter how smalo it is , they do not mind. So if you have one even though then you should be grateful that you are having a job already and work at it.

Lastly you just have to use your initiative to create ways of enjoying your job. Playing music while at the job will help you relax while at it.

Working at a job you not like can be draining on your psyche, irrespective of how good or poor the pay is. While some people can endure for long and even possibly come to love it eventually, some will definitely quit.

One way that you can spice up a job you don't like, is by learning the required skills to be good at the job
This way, the tasks you may find boring and stressful become easy and even fun. You can also find things to do while at work that help you relieve stress and feel like, Ike listening to music, podcasts, eating healthy snacks and much more.

It would also be good to have good relationship with others. This can make work fun, you can get help whenever you need it too.

Since you get good pay from this job, that should be a motivation factor too, but less important in the long run if you want to enjoy your work.

A good job is not always the one that pays the most money. Sometimes, you have to take a lower salary for the right reason.

When it comes to choosing a job, people often focus on the salary they will receive but don't consider some other factors such as benefits and career growth opportunities. Sometimes, you have to take a lower salary for the right reason.

Here are some tips on how to deal with a tough job with a good pay:

Look for a company with growth potential.

You need to know what you want from your life and career before taking any job offer. If you don't think that your current company can offer you something new, then look for another one where you can build your skills and gain experience.

Make sure your company has proper training programs before starting work there. This will help you develop new skills that are useful in your current field as well as in other fields of work. It will also give you an opportunity to learn about new technologies and learn how companies operate in different industries.

Don't rush into decisions about career advancement or moving up in jobs without really thinking about it first because this could cause unnecessary stress and conflict with colleagues who may not be happy with your decision making process."
