Whether you’re working with your team or communicating with clients, being clear and concise is critical for effective communication and good results.

For example, when speaking to your team members, it’s important to use language that everyone understands. For example, if someone does not speak English fluently, it is important not to use idioms or colloquialisms that might be lost on them. Similarly, if there are new members of the team who come from different backgrounds than others, it might be helpful to explain some cultural differences so that everyone can relate better.
