It is very good to boost children immunity, this can be achieved since when the child is born.
Immunity can also be achieved when a child is breastfeeding very well, this will make the child to achieve the high immunity of the body system. Some people believe in buying milk or animal milk for their children, when they supposed to give them breastfeeding immediately they were born.
Most parents are buy some drugs from internet for their children to boost their immunity, this is very unadvisable to buy from internet, it is very good to attend hospital for proper treatment where there is complain or any issue.
Balanced diet give children a very good strength and power.
Fruit and vegetable is very important, immediately the children getting to two years of age to improve their vitamin to boost their antibody.
