The first way you would make a pofit in a business is when you start up costs is low. If the expenditures of a new business is overwhelming then making profit becomes very difficult. So how can you business when a low start-up costs.
Source for supppliers of your business products that sell cheaper than others.
Site your business near where you can easily access your raw materials or finished products
Avoid employing more workers than needed
For a start buy only machineries that would produce money for the business.
Go for an office space or business space that isn't too money consuming especially if it is just enough for your startup business.
Cut off or down a lot of unnecessary expenses. Avoid items that wouldn't produce money
