How overconfidence can damage a business.

It is absolutely something commendable and congratulated when a business owner shows in level of confidence in his own business . Confidence has a great role and important duty to play in the existence of a particular business organisation when moderately and non-ridiculously exhibited and possessed by a particular business owner . Overconfidence is good in business but when excessively exhibited and reflected by a particular business owner it could absolutely yield something negatively rewarding to the business organisation and most importantly the business may suffer negative repercussions and consequences . When a business owner or manager is over confident he or she begins to have the feeling and the mindset that his authority and solutions including his opinions is most paramount and most best in all ramifications . No individual is completely perfect in actions and indeed and so from time to time every individual despite your status and despite the authority you have in the community or to what level of education you have acquired and accumulated you are definitely prone to make mistake and errors .

And so understanding this , will allow you as a business owner to involve the opinions and suggestions of others mostly your employees and workers when you are formulating business goals and objectives including rules and regulations etc .
 
It is something commended for a business owner to feel confidence in his or her business but what is not advised is when a business owner feel too much confidence in his or her business because for once you know feeling over confident in your business will make you view other peoples advise and opinions as trash and as in comparable to your own opinions and suggestions just because you are the business owner or manager .

We definitely do not want to feel that way in business but always endeavored that we view other people's opinion as also superior even to our own opinions . Some of the people's opinion that you should you as important to the business organisation that of your employees and workers and to some extent you must also adhere to the advice and to the opinions shared to you by your customers and clients because most of the time business problems and issues are usually tackled with advice and opinions given to the business owner by his clients and customers .
