Since the cost of material is high the workers or workmanship to is high.
I have been thinking about this that since the cost of building material is high the labourer started demanding for high cost of money.

And if you even ask them that why are they demanding for the high cost they will tell you that there is increments in the cost of material too.
How does the high cost of material affect the cost of labourers?

When there is increment in any sector, it affects greatly everybody. The laborer as well will buy things in the market. Hence, they need to increase their charges for them to afford the stuffs that they may need to buy. Hence, they increase the money they will be collecting for the job.

A well planned quotation of contract are always well detailed in sense that the materials cost will be stated and the cost of labor will be drafted also differently. The hike in the cost of materials has nothing to do with the cost of the labor offered. I also find this kind of funny too but I've always known better though

If there is only increase in the cost of building materials alone, then there should not be a corresponding increase in the cost of labour, because the worker are not the one's buying these materials. Probably they feel since the cost of material has increased then anyone with the Intension of building has enough hence they feel he can pay more.

A well structured estimate of contract are well detailed in meaning, that means that the materials cost will be listed and the cost of labor will be composted incompatible . The increase in the cost of materials has nothing to do with the cost of the labor offered,If the level of materials increases the level of labour increase also , also there shouldn't be equivalent increase in the cost of labour, because the labourers are not the ones importing these materials,so therefore will the material increase the labour increase,so the material plays a measure row.

There is a small building being constructed beside our property. The cost of materials have risen because of the pandemic. But the cost of labor remains the same because the owner gives only $10 per day as wage. The worker I talked to used to earn $14 per day but he said he has no choice because there are only few construction projects going on.

The high cost of raw materials for manufacturing a product can affect the cost of labor.

The raw materials that go into making a product are one of the largest costs involved in the manufacturing process. The price of materials on the global market can fluctuate greatly.

When material prices increase, almost all other production costs increase as well. For example, if it is more expensive to purchase the polymers used to produce plastic goods, the manufacturer will need to pay its workers more money to compensate for higher wages, or it will need to raise its prices to cover those increased labor costs.

This is not always the case, however, because there are many other factors involved in what a factory owner or supervisor pays its workers. For example, in some countries, workers are paid a flat rate for an entire day's work no matter how many hours they spend working. If a factory owner decides to pay its workers based on productivity instead of time spent working, then labor costs may actually decrease if they are able to produce more goods during their shift.
