I have an open business transaction with an international company next month while I need to know more about how to sealed a deal with them which I think it may requires careful planning and execution.
I think i should firstly research about the company or individual that dealing with me to ensure that they have the resources and capacity to fulfill their end of the agreement.
Then it is important to clearly communicate my expectations for both of us that involved in this order to avoid any misunderstandings down the line. Once all details have been discussed and agreed upon, then I think should make everything documented properly so that there wouldn’t be no confusion about what was promised by each other.
While I think signing off on the contract and other legal documents is required for sealing the deal before exchanging payment if necessary. And those are little steps I think it would ensure successful completion of a business transaction
