Health is very important for all of us .Without good health there is no existence of life so we should always maintain it good because if it will be good then all work do properly so if we want to become fit and healthy then for this it is very to do daily excercise because if we do morning walk and inhale fresh air then our lungs work properly and also our mind will become hela8and fresher if we go to park daily and see green grass then it will be very beneficial for eyesight not only this but also your vision will become improve today the number of fat peoples increases because they eat all the time and do not doing excercise and sit at one place due to this their belly will become increased and they will involve in many disease so especially for fatty people daily excercise is very important not only for fatty people but for the busy person whi sit at the office chair all the time in front of laptop it is very necessary to do daily excercise in order to calm your mind and fit their body
