How being overconfident ruin businesses.

There is absolutely no problem at all when a business owner is confident and unshaken , in his making of decisions and ideas carried out in the process of carrying out and performing business activities and practices in order to achieve expected business goals and objectives . But what is the problem is when , a business owner becomes overconfident in his business dealings and doings , that is to say , he or she do not need the help , advise , and Ideas , of any person or the decisions and experiences of any person be it from members of the public or members of his business organisation . A business owner with the attitude of overconfidence should understand that no one is entirely perfect and in one way or the other we need encouragement , motivation , and support from others so as to move on and achieve our goals in life .

Majority of business owners tend to think that they know what they are doing and the advice and ideas of other persons do not matter to them because of their high acquired skills and creativity . Being highly educated and skilledly creative does not mean that you are perfect in every aspect of life . We must remember that two heads are better than one , and the idea of two persons could be more better than the idea of one individual .
