There is this podcaster named Nick Loper, the name of his podcast network is Side Hustle Nation Podcast, And this guy actually spends most of his time interviewing Folks Who supplement their income with side hustles, with over 600k followers I think he wants to demonstrate to people no matter how old that there are different methods to make time for a side hustle and numerous reasons to start one.

So I listened to most of his podcast, everyday, And here is a discussion I recorded -
"Of course, making additional money is always in vogue," Loper says, "and that's probably what motivates most people to start a side hustle." "Other advantages could include acquiring or practicing new skills, pursuing a passion, or simply empowering yourself to recognize your economic worth outside of your day job or paycheck."

And earlier before this discussion he talked about this guy who went from making $30,000 per year working for a newspaper to earning $30,000 per day as a freelance photographer (I don't know it feels like anything freelancing is just the new game nowadays, might sound easy but it's not, who knows how many years it took him to get there) a man who built a multimillion-dollar business selling used textbooks, and a woman who earns up to $5,000 per month teaching others how to bake bread Incredible.

Having multiple sources of income is empowering.

You have more options to meet your needs, and you can make decisions based on what's best for you.

Having multiple sources of income also helps you avoid being in a bad situation, like being underpaid or unemployed, where you have to make tough decisions that might not be good for you.

As a bonus, having multiple sources of income gives you more opportunities to build your skills and pursue your passions.

For instance:
If you're a multi-hyphenate working in the arts or another creative field, having more than one source of income is a good thing because it allows for greater freedom and flexibility. For example, if you are an actor and also a yoga instructor, your ability to pick up auditions but also take off when you have class can be very empowering.

The same can be said for a writer who is also a freelancer. If you want to devote all your time to writing your book, but still need to pay rent on your apartment, having a second income stream can help—just as long as you aren't spreading yourself too thin and falling short on either front!

If you're thinking about trying out new things—whether it's something creative like acting or something that can make money like freelance writing—know that there's nothing wrong with taking this approach. Embracing the idea of being a multi-hyphenate may just be what helps you get where you want to go faster!

It is really great for people to have a side hustle. It gives you several streams of income and that helps you to earn a living. Most financially comfortable people usually have several sources of income. They live a very comfortable life because they have enough money to sustain it.

It is never easy to keep up with having several things that you have to do in order to earn. But it is doable if you plan your time well so that you have time for your day job and for your dude hustle. The good thing is that you can have other people running your side hustles while you attend your main job.

Having several streams of income does not always mean that you need to have several businesses. You can also engage in investment where you put your money somewhere to yield profits. There are many of them both offline and online. You can invest in mutual funds, saccos or shares. Even online investment methods are so many these days. You can do forex trading, crypto trading or invest your time working in earnings sites or freelancing.

The benefits of having a side hustle are so many apart from having to get several streams of income. It also helps you spend your time well and gain new skills each time.
