As we all know that a successful business has a competent employees to achieve the aims and objectives of such business. In many companies that fall nowadays, it is as a result of not doing the requirements before employing their workers. This may be familiarity or not having such experience.
At first, a business owner needs to request for qualifications of intended worker, even if it is a family member it is formal in the business for every worker to tender his qualification. Subsequently interview should be done so as to know if such person can prove his qualification tendered during vacancy.
Also, Test needs to be done by giving such intended worker a similar or exact job to do without pay. I the does it well as expected then he's qualified but if he does it wrong then he should be sanctioned.
