Managing and controlling a business isn't free and smooth in all areas and directions and then sometimes majority of business owners have to go in much extends to manage and to control their business so as to maintain the peace that exist with patronizing a customer and making him or her feel satisfied and comfortable patronizing the business organisation . In a business organisation the handling of customer related issues is totally the duty and the task of the business owner or anyone that the business owner possibly assigned the duty to but in most cases it is totally the duty of the business owner or business manager . In order to succeed in the handling of customer related issues in a business organisation you must first of all try your best to understand the situation because when you understand the situation you will totally understand how to solve and to resolve the matter at hand .

A feasibility study has been conducted in the year 2018 and it was evaluated to see that one of the most common business-related problems that exist in a business organisation when it comes to customers and clients is always the rendering and selling of poor quality service and goods to customers and clients . In a situation where this lead to an outburst of quarrel between a customer and a client and an employee a business employers should not join in the arguments but rather see ways to resolve it . To get the problem resolved a business owner must hear from the both parties so as to judge which one is at fault .
