Majority of business owners today are only concerned about their clients or customers income and all what they do is to sell and render goods and commodity just to receive income that becomes their business incomes and profits . there is no doubt that this is important but it is also advised to get to know your customers and clients more better because doing sowill absolutely and totally show that that you have your interest at heart and you indeed ungrateful of their patronage . there is every possibility that each client and customers that they patronize you will each have different tastes and preferences . And so it is your duty as the business ownerto make sure to know their taste and preference and know which goods or services that there are more likely to purchase or more likely to get rendered to so as to increase in the bulk purchasing of such goods and services as stock and inventory for your business .

It is advised to know the test and preference of your various customers and clients so as not to let it majority of your goods and services in your commercial outlet to get expired or spoilt . This is because doing so will absolutely let you buy goods and services that your customers and clients are more likely to purchase and by there by neglecting and leaving the ones that they are not likely to buy or purchase .

I absolutely and totally agree to the fact that not every business owners today are fully aware that their customers and clients have a huge role and part to play in determining how successful they are business will be . the main reason why a business is established is mainly to be able to satisfy the numerous human wants and needs of Man and in the course of satisfying this need and wants of members of the public they make business income and business profit and the only way the they can make this business income and business profit is only when members of the public patronizing and purchase possibly the product commodity or services in which they sell or render .

Your clients and customers are part of a business that is absolutely one thing you as a business owner must understand and getting to know their taste and preferences is absolutely your duty . You should make sure to keep an eye on which particular goods or commodity that your customers or clients are more likely to purchase or get rendered to , and in this way you will increase the buying of such goods , services , or commodity to stock up your business organisation as inventories so as not to run out of business .

I can totally relate to this topic because it hit home and it is one area that business owners should take into consideration as they are running their business. Customers sometimes dictate the trend of the market it is what they want to buy that they will want to buy despite the other things that the market might offer them. A particular product might be in vogue in the market but customers might prefer the white color of that product now if you want to make huge sales of this product then have the white of it and you wouldn't believe the high sales level. Why is this happening? This is because it is the taste or preference of the customers, having more quantities of other colors of this product might not sense to the buyers because they have their preferred color.

So with analogy it can be seen that the customer taste and preference play a huge role In selling goods and products and as such sellers need to find out the taste of condumers and offer what they people wants and making money with your business would become very easy.Consumers sometimes set the pace for the success of a business.
