2) Eating too fast

It can be difficult to slow down when you want to eat more than 1 meal per day or 2 meals per week, but slowing down will help you consume less food overall and keep your meal portions in check. Slowing down will also help prevent overeating because eating slowly allows us to savor each bite while still feeling full afterwards rather than just getting stuck on one piece of food then shoveling in another before feeling full again.
