When accepting a job occupation , a lot of people tend to focus on the salary involved in fact in most cases if the salary is high then the job is good but if the salary is low then the job isn't good . Such mentality isn't always proper because they are more to a job other than salary amount . No wonder in most cases people tend to give up their high paying jobs to a low paying jobs not because they can't handle the huge amount of salary , but in most cases it is as a result of certain environmental factors affecting the job or occupation which wasn't considered that people choose to give up their job some of these factors include :
Character of the people : sometimes people are unfortunate to work in an environment where fellow colleagues or employees have some sort of discriminating attitude toward you , this could be as a result of race , crisis between countries , or mare hatred etc . What do ever the cause , such environment could be burdensome , boring , and un enjoyable . So people facing situations like this have no other choice than to give up their jobs to another one .
