It is necessarily more better when the manager of a particular business organisation is actually the owner and that is because the owner of the business would actually manage and operate the business with so much seriousness as if his or her life depends on it . But as we already know not every owner of a business organisation is necessarily the manager and the operator of the business. There are some businesses in which the owner and the manager of the business are totally separated and different from each other but no doubt the owner of the business is totally the employer of the manager. To be more elaborate and explainative, the owner of the business is necessarily known as the CEO of the business organisation while the manager could be known as the business manager or the business director. With that being said, the CEO who is the owner of the business is entrusting the managing responsibility to another possibly because he or she may not have the requisite experience and training for actually managing and operating a business.

It is absolutely very important that the CEO be mindful of who he or she entrusts managing activities and responsibilities to. Most importantly and basically, the individual who is to take over the business management responsibilities and duties must be so much organised and representable, he or she shouldn't be some sort of irresponsible individual therefore exhibiting questionable and illicit behaviours such as being a drug abuser, being a womanizer etc.

Of course it is absolutely necessary important that the manager of a business organisation should be the owner but most of the time the owner and the manager of a business organisation are totally separate from each other. Although this is not a problem but on the part of the business owner he or she should endeavour to entrust managing responsibilities and duties to another individual who possibly is his or business manager, and most importantly the individual should be skillful and creative in the line of business management he or she shouldn't be a fake or unqualified individual since the management of a business is absolutely one of the most paramount importance to a business existence and so if the management of a business is done wrongly the vital foundations of the business suffers the repercussions .

Secondly the individual becoming the manager of the business should also be polite in words and most importantly he or she shouldn't be a troublesome and illicit behaviour individual .
