Some large scale businesses which include the features of employees and employers or superior and staffs usually have rules and regulation guiding the activities and practices carried out or done within the business environment or outside the business environment that each employees must abide by , and even the business owner or the business manager being the enactor of the business rules and regulations must also abide by as well . To establish or enact an efficient and effective business rules and regulation a business owner must make sure to consider in all ramification before imposing a particular rule or regulation in the business organisation he must make sure that the rule or regulation is not only in his or her favour but also in the favour of everyone including the employees and the clients or customers .

Another thing to understand before enacting a particular business rule or regulation as a business owner is to first of all know if the rule or regulation he or she is about to enact is doable or performable . Because in most usual cases some business owners go ahead to enact unnecessary rules and regulations guilding the business environment that are not doable , and even them themselves sometimes fall short to abide by the rules and regulation enacted by them , and this kind of decrease the reputation his or her staffs and also the members of the public has on him or her .
 
It is absolutely so shameful to see some business owners and acting business rules and regulation which they themselves are not able to keep . First of all I want to commend and congratulate every business owner who think that it is absolutely a great thing for his business to run and some rules and regulation , it is absolutely very interesting and advisable for businesses weather in large-scale or small-scale to run in some sort of business rules and regulation so that each business associate whether the employees or the employer could understand each other more better and more friendly .

To enact the business rules and regulation is absolutely thing duty and tax of the business manager or the business employer . Just like you only mentioned a business manager of a business employers should not enact a business rule or regulation that only flavours in his or her interest but rather he must look for a way to enact a business rule or regulation that is also in favour of not only his interest was also the interest of his employees and that of his clients and customers . This simply shows that he is considerate of those around him .
