The world of business is always evolving and this means blg or small changes coming to the business terrain at intervals. The world of business is progressive and dynamic and as such changes must always occur. So what those in the business should do is to move with the changes, trying to resist it will bring a lot of negative issues to the business

So what are the negative impact of change resistance to a business

Low business performance

The very obvious one will be on productivity of employees. Their performance will drops as there's no embracing of change to help them work better with the times

High burnouts

The world of business comes with modern ways of achieving goals a lot more quicker with appropriate working tools , software, ideas etc. With resistance to adopting all of these, it will cause the workers stress and quick burn-out and might lead to high level employees turnover

Conflicts

There will always be conflict when there's resistance of change by a business especially when the employees are aware of the changes that needs to be made to ease their job but the employer isn't having it. This might worsened the relationship between management and employees which will bring a big conflict.
