Overeating is not at all good. And, many people know the side effects of overeating. This can lead to a variety of unhealthy conditions and obesity. However, just like eating too much, eating too little can also adversely affect your health.

You may find it hard to believe. But, poor appetite or poor diet can lead to a lot of health problems. If you eat only a small amount of food, your body will be deficient in macro nutrients and calories.

Reducing the food you eat, or not at all eating can adversely affect the immune system and the overall functioning of the body. There are symptoms that indicate that the food entering your body is not enough for your day to day activities.
