In the chain of business as goods are passed down from the producers to the consumers there is an entity called the retailer. This is and individual that purchases in part from either the producer or whole seller and then sells them to the final consumer in small quantity.
Now, retail business is not just limited to provision stores or such related business.
But as a shoo owner you can make a variety of goods available from your shop and how you earn depends on the agreement you make with the owner of the goods or the price at which you purchased them from the producers or whole sellers.
As for goods purchased from producers, you will add small amounts as low as NGN 5.00 on every single product and it will accumulate after making a lot of sales to a good amount called the profit which will now be your gain as a retailer. For other goods a deal is striken with the owner and he pays you a particular amount for a number of sales you make.
