Don’t let that backache get to you. You’re a tough cookie, and you have the power to fight back against it.
Just bear in mind that there are several strategies to prevent back discomfort. Above are a few examples:

1. Exercise regularly. The best, the more you should move! If you can, try walking or running in place for a few minutes every day. it will help keep your muscles strong and healthy and reduce inflammation in your body.

2. Take care of yourself by eating healthy foods and staying hydrated with water or other drinks throughout the day (not soda). You can also try taking supplements such as fish oil or flaxseed oil that may help with inflammation and joint pain.

3. Try yoga, which can help strengthen your muscles while reducing the stress on them so that they don’t hurt as much when you bend over or twist in bed at night!

Increase your calcium and vitamin D intake.Strong bones can help prevent osteoporosis. It’s one of the most common causes of back pain later in life, particularly for women. Keep the bones in your spine strong by consuming plenty of calcium and vitamin D.
