The only purpose and individual may want to engage in the financial activity of budgeting when he or she want to purchase something is basically for the purpose of making sure that he or she only buys and purchase things that he or she needs and wants. When an individual engage in budgeting he or she will be able to save more money and therefore spend less or spend money on those things that he or she actually needs. Updating your budget strategy can obviously happen especially when a family size expands for example when a couple have a baby or when a family have to accommodate and take care of agent parents in their midst.

Of course changing budget strategy can affect an individual saving ability. However in order to make sure that it does not drastically affect your saving ability you must make sure to have other or numerous sources of income.
