Does any one here know how FXTM forex broker works??

I created account with this FXTM broker last week, trying to get started through forex trading. A friend of mine, who is an expert forex trader, told me about this kind of broker. I never used it before, I'm just starting in the world of forex trading. What I saw on the site shows promising stuff, because the broker gave some instructional tips to guide me step by step to succeed in forex trading. With analysis, real time price alert of each fiat currency, signals and etc. But I'm not still satisfied with what I saw on the site, that's why I'm here to ask, if any one knows how this forex broker "Fxtm works??
